What's covered
Our products carry a manufacturing defect warranty. The warranty period varies by product and is listed under the Warranty iformation on each product page.
The warranty covers:
- Stitching failures under normal use
- Hardware defects in zippers, buckles, snaps, and rivets
- Material delamination not caused by wear
- Other clear manufacturing faults
What's not covered
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from accidents, crashes, or impacts
- Improper care, washing, or storage
- Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
- Aesthetic fading, abrasion, or scuff marks
- Misuse, abuse, or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals, fuel, or solvents
Where the warranty applies
The warranty is valid only on products purchased from:
- silverbackmoto.co
- Authorized Silverback Moto Co. dealerships
- Authorized online resellers listed on our website
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces resellers are not covered.
How to claim
- Email reach@silverbackmoto.co or WhatsApp +91 99939 49966 with:
- Your order number or original tax invoice
- Clear photos of the defect
- A short description of the issue and when it appeared
- Our team reviews the claim and confirms next steps within 3-5 business days
- If accepted, we arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product to our Noida facility
- After physical verification, we proceed with resolution
Resolution
For accepted claims, our priority is repair. If the product can be safely repaired without compromising its structural integrity, we'll repair it and ship it back at our cost.
If repair isn't possible, we issue store credit equal to the amount paid shown on your invoice. Store credit is redeemable on silverbackmoto.co within 6 months of issue and can be used in a single transaction. Products bought with store credit carry the original product's warranty period, counted from the original date of purchase.
Cash refunds are not provided for warranty claims.
Verification and rejection
A warranty claim is only accepted after our Quality Check team physically verifies the defect. Claims are rejected if:
- The product doesn't match the photos submitted with the claim
- The issue is found to be wear, misuse, or accidental damage
- The product was not purchased from an authorized seller
- The claim is filed after the warranty period has ended
Rejected products are returned to the customer at our cost.
Limitations
Silverback Moto Co.'s liability under this warranty is limited to the original MRP of the product. We are not responsible for:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Damage during transit from the customer to our facility (please pack securely)
Acceptance
By purchasing a Silverback Moto Co. product, you accept the terms of this warranty. This policy may be updated without prior notice — check this page for the current version.
