These terms guide our working relationship with retail partners, dealerships, distributors, and authorized resellers ("Partners") of Silverback Moto Co.

Mutual trust

Our partnership runs on trust. We're transparent about pricing, product availability, lead times, and any change that affects you. Partners are expected to be transparent in turn — about inventory positions, sell-through, customer feedback, and any issue that affects the brand or the end customer.

When something goes wrong, we'd rather hear it early than discover it late.

Deliveries and payments

We strive to fulfil all confirmed orders on the agreed timeline and communicate proactively if anything affects dispatch.

Partners agree to clear payments by the agreed terms. Late or pending dues hold up future shipments and disrupt the flow for everyone — we'd rather keep things moving.

Brand collaterals

All partner marketing — product photography, video, copy, signage, social posts, and in-store visuals — must use official Silverback Moto Co. brand assets available in the Brand Resources kit.

Modifications, custom edits, or third-party imagery require written approval from our team. This isn't about control — it's about making sure customers see one consistent Silverback, wherever they meet the brand.
