Refund policy for Silverback Moto products:
Products Purchased from silverbackmoto.co:
You can initiate a refund request within 10 calendar days of the delivery of the product. To do so, you must complete and submit the Refund Request form on silverbackmoto.co. Refund requests submitted after 10 days from the delivery date will be automatically rejected.
Products purchased from a Silverback authorized dealership:
Products purchased from an authorized Silverback dealership are subject to the independent refund policy of that dealership. We recommend that you confirm the dealership’s exchange or refund policy before making a purchase.
Products purchased from a Silverback authorized Online Reseller or Marketplace (e.g. Amazon):
Refunds for products purchased from an authorized online reseller or marketplace are subject to their individual refund policies. Please ensure you are aware of the specific policy of the online reseller or marketplace before placing your order.
Products Purchased from an OEM Brand Partner:
Refunds for products purchased from an OEM brand partner are governed by the specific refund policy of that brand. We encourage you to verify the refund policy of the OEM brand before placing an order.
Important Notes:
- Certain products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page and packaging.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the specified time frame, and the product must meet the eligibility criteria for a valid refund.
Refund Process for Products Purchased from motogaruda.com:
1. Initiating the Refund Request:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the product’s delivery. To initiate a refund, complete and submit the “Refund Request” form on motogaruda.com. Requests received after the 7-day period will be automatically rejected.
2. Return Shipping:
You must wait for an email confirmation from us before shipping the product back. Once you receive the confirmation, return the product to the address provided in the email. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. Silverback is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss of the product during transit to our central warehouse.
3. Product Condition:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original, factory mint condition. All tags, labels, packaging, and parts must remain attached and intact. The refund request will be subject to a physical inspection of the product by our quality control team at our central warehouse.
4. Refund Approval:
After physical inspection, we reserve the right to accept or reject the refund request based on the condition of the product. If the product meets the eligibility criteria, we will approve the refund and notify you via email. If the product does not meet the criteria, the refund request will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the address originally provided.
5. Refund Options:
If the refund request is approved, you may choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
- Store Credit: Valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and redeemable only on silverbackmoto.co.
- Refund: A refund will be processed, subject to a 2% deduction of the product’s MRP to cover payment gateway fees. After processing, we will provide you with a transaction acknowledgment via email. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Any delays after the refund is initiated should be followed up with your bank.
